Curated Coffee Learning
Special Classes
One-off, open-signup coffee experiences beyond our regular private workshops. This Sukkot, we’re opening the studio for something a little different: a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own coffee blend from scratch.

Blend Lab
Build your own coffee blend and take it home!
Taste, experiment, build your own blend, and take it home.
Ever wonder how coffee blends are actually built or what would happen if you could design one around the flavors you like?
We’ll start by tasting four different coffees and breaking down what each one contributes to a blend: acidity, body, balance.
Then it’s your turn to experiment!
- Experiment with ratios and see how they completely change the final cup
- Build a blend around the flavors you actually enjoy, and take it home!
At the end, you’ll weigh, name, and package your final blend—and leave with 200g of coffee you created yourself, along with your personal recipe.
